Postage and Packaging
Our aim is to pick pack and send your order within 24 hours of receiving (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). Everything will be individually wrapped in tissue paper. Postage is £3.95 or free for purchases over £40. However if you are local to the store we do offer a click and collect service!
We recycle as much packaging as possible here at Leaf Street
If for any reason once we receive your order there is any kind of potential delay we will contact you to keep you informed and please do leave any message regarding time scale or packaging requests and we will do all we can to accommodate
For orders outside of the UK please do contact us for postage prices .
In the case of non delivery please wait 7 days from the date of your order in case of delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. Leaf Street will keep proof of postage for all packages sent. We will contact the courier who will investigate the delay or missing parcel .
